Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for SubTrack subscriptions.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial, so no charge is made unless you choose to subscribe.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then and will not be billed again.
3. Refund window
- First charge: if you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, email us and we will refund that charge in full.
- Renewals: renewal charges are non-refundable. Please cancel before the renewal date to avoid being billed for the next period.
- Annual or custom plans (if offered): refund terms are set out in the order form for that plan.
4. Exceptions
We may issue a discretionary refund for: extended service outages caused by us, double or duplicate charges, or charges made after a confirmed cancellation. Refunds for fraudulent use are handled with the relevant payment provider.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under the laws of your country (for example, UK consumer cancellation rights for digital services).
7. Requesting a refund
Email us via the contact page with your account email and the invoice or charge ID. We respond within 2 business days.
